We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to follow the South African accessibility best-practice embodied in the wider drive toward an inclusive digital public sector.

• Semantic HTML with correct headings, landmarks, and labels.
• A visible “Skip to main content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
• Full keyboard operability and a visible focus indicator on all interactive elements.
• Sufficient colour contrast between text and background.
• Text resized by browser zoom without loss of content or function.
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences where supported.

We continuously improve. Where third-party embeds (for example the booking calendar) introduce accessibility gaps outside our control, we provide an equivalent route to the same information or service — for bookings, you can contact us directly by phone or email.
