PAIA Manual
In terms of Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA), Wamambo Consultancy makes this manual available to the public.

2. The Information Officer
The Information Officer is responsible for the implementation of PAIA within Wamambo Consultancy and for dealing with requests for access to records. The Information Officer may delegate functions to suitably qualified staff as necessary.
3. Guidance on How to Request Access
Any person wishing to request access to a record of Wamambo Consultancy must use the prescribed Form A (Request for access to record of private body) and submit it to the Information Officer at the contact details above, together with the applicable request fee. The form and guidance are published by the Information Regulator of South Africa.
4. Records Available in Terms of PAIA (Section 52)
The following categories of records are available:
- Statutory registers required to be maintained by law.
- Contact and engagement records held in the ordinary course of business (subject to the exclusions below).
- Internal policies and procedures concerning this manual.
5. Records That May Be Withheld
Access may be refused in accordance with the grounds in Chapters 3, 4 and 5 of PAIA, including records protected by legal privilege, confidentiality owed to a third party, commercial confidentiality, and records containing the personal information of third parties.
6. Remedies & the Information Regulator
If a request is refused, or deemed refused, the requester may apply for internal review and, thereafter, may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator:

7. Fees
The prescribed request fee and access fees apply as set out in the Regulations under PAIA. An explanation of fees will be provided with any acknowledgement of a request.
